What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with 1-2 days processing and 10-15 day delivery after dispatch. Includes package tracking.
Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS with 1-2 days processing and 15-25 day delivery after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers should be aware that customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and some wooden toys may require special documentation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track directly on their websites. For EMS shipments, tracking is available through your local postal service.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if the item doesn’t meet your expectations. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition with all packaging. Some items like personalized products may be exempt from returns.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We carefully pack each order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
