Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order with attention to detail. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your items ship.

Shipping Methods

We offer two convenient shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50, with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

We ship worldwide, excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas. International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their special nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (including engraved jewelry or monogrammed toys)
  • Felt toys (due to their delicate nature)
  • Party supplies (opened packages cannot be resold)
  • Pool toys (for hygiene reasons)

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your PlayStuff US purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed-mind returns

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Parent-Advisor Team

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days with:

  • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Product name and reason for return/exchange
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  • Confirmation that items are unused and in original packaging

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive email notification upon completion.

Refund Methods & Timing

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in US Dollars (international refunds may be subject to currency conversion rates).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
